Buckinghamshire Building Society launches a new first time buyer mortgage product for 2017. If you are interested in learning more please visit our mortgage pages. For mortgage advice and for further information about this product you must first contact an independent mortgage advisor who will guide you through the process of choosing the correct mortgage product for you.
Tim Vigeon, Head of Lending at Buckinghamshire Building Society. “We wanted to help those starting out on the property ladder by offering a product with no product fee and a £250 cashback. Buying your first home is such an expensive time so by waiving the product fee and giving back a little we hope we can help more people get started.”
Since Buckinghamshire Building Society and MySafeHome launched their HOLD (Home Ownership for people with Long-term Disabilities) product just over a year ago they have provided 19 mortgages to help those with long-term disabilities buy their first home.
To celebrate our 110th anniversary we have launched a range of new savings accounts. Over its 110 years the Society has played an important role in the village, as the only financial institution in the village it offers the residents a safe place to keep their savings, and provides an important service to the local community.
Once again Buckinghamshire Building Society has sponsored the Chiltern 3 Peaks Challenge organised by Rennie Grove Hospice which will be held on Sunday September 10th 2017. Alongside 500 other walkers some staff from the Buckinghamshire will also attempt the walk of either 5, 9, or 18 miles over the Chiltern Hills.
