Permanent Position, Full Time (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm)
Chalfont St Giles Office, Buckinghamshire
As a key member of our Mortgages team you will be assisting in processing of all our mortgage applications from initial application to completion and beyond! The role is varied and fantastic customer service is at the heart of everything we do. So, if you have excellent administration skills and demonstrable customer service experience and would like to work amongst passionate individuals who have the Society’s motto of “doing the right thing” as the core to everything we do, we would love to hear from you. Full training is provided therefore a background in financial services/mortgages is not required it is aptitude for the role that we are looking for!

Example daily duties of a Mortgage Administrator will include:
Accurate data input into bespoke data management systems and Excel
Written communication via email and by letter to customers and contacts
Telephone communication (both internal and to customers/contacts)
General office administration including filing, scanning, franking post etc
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent attention to detail
Experience of working in an administrative capacity within an office environment
Good computer/IT knowledge (Word, Excel etc)
The ability to react quickly, calmly and professionally in a busy office
A can-do attitude and active team player prepared to go “the extra mile”
A minimum of GCSE English and Maths grade C (or equivalent) is required for this position.
