The Buckinghamshire Building Society is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join its busy customer services team, assisting with opening and maintaining savings accounts for our members, and providing them with a personalised, compliant service. The main responsibilities of the Customer Services Assistant will include:
Addressing customer’s complaints directly when appropriate or escalating to the Customer Services Team Leader if required (ensuring that all customer feedback is captured to assist in the improvement of our customer offering).
