The Society’s 112th Annual General Meeting was held on 25 April 2019 at the Kings Chapel, The Kings Arms Hotel, 30 High Street, Old Amersham, Buckinghamshire, HP7 0DJ.
This year, approximately 1,100 members voted on the matters considered at the Annual General Meeting, being just over 15% of the Society’s eligible membership. The votes received included those voting in person at the meeting itself and those who chose to vote through the submission of Appointment of Proxy and Voting forms, either through the post or by using the Society’s online voting facility.
The table here shows the total number of votes cast. Members voted overwhelmingly in support of the resolutions and approved all of the director elections/re-elections.
To ensure fairness and accuracy, the AGM vote was scrutinised independently by Electoral Reform Services.
Based on the number of AGM votes received we are delighted to dontate £500 to to the Chiltern Foodbank.
