The next Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Buckinghamshire Building Society will be held on Wed 21 April 2021 at 3pm at The Head Office, Buckinghamshire Building Society, High Street, Chalfont St. Giles, Buckinghamshire HP8 4QB.

As a result of the Coronavirus pandemic, we do not expect to be able to allow Members (other than the minimum number of Directors and employees who are Members that is required to form a quorum) to be there in person this year. We are strongly encouraging all our other eligible members cast their votes by proxy this year, online or by post.

The Society’s Annual Report and Accounts and the Business Review Document (including the Summary Financial Statements and AGM Notice) for the financial year ended 31 December 2020 will be available to view here or from the Society’s Head office by no later than 26 March 2021.

If you have a question for the Board, please submit it by email to board@bucksbs.co.uk or by post addressed to the Secretary, Buckinghamshire Building Society, High Street, Chalfont St. Giles, Buckinghamshire, HP8 4QB to reach us by 19 April 2021. We will answer your questions at the earliest opportunity. Our responses to your questions and the voting results will be published on our website after the meeting.
