Our 115th Annual General Meeting took place on 20th April 2022 and after two years of closed door AGM events, it was our pleasure to welcome our members in person once again. The AGM was held at Kings Chapel in Amersham and the voting results can be found on this webpage.
In addition to our members and Society staff, we also welcomed our friends at Heart of Bucks, our charity partner, as well as Restore Hope, a charity chosen by our members to receive our AGM donation this year. We were delighted to present Restore Hope with a cheque for £7,000.
Buckinghamshire Building Society had a very strong 2021 with pre-tax profits rising to £1.8m during 2021, and net mortgages growing by 12%. Our 2021 Annual Report and Accounts as well as our 2021 Annual Business Review are available on the Corporate Information page on our website.
