  DIP Decision

  Up to 1 working day

  This is the time it takes us to make a decision and inform you of our decision, following a DIP submission.

  A Decisions in Principle (DIP) is valid for 30 days from the date of acceptance. If an application is not submitted within this timeframe, the DIP will need to be resubmitted and a new product may need to be selected if the original is no longer available.

  Case Allocation

  Up to 2 working days

  This is the time it takes our decision in principle team to carry out an initial file check before passing the case on to an underwriter.

  To ensure a swift turnaround on your client's application, please ensure the case is fully packaged.

• 

  Full Underwriting

  Up to 23 working days

  Following allocation to an underwriter, this is the average amount of time it is currently taking for a case to be fully underwritten and offered.
