A mortgage loan of £91,024 (which includes a product fee of £999 and a funds transfer fee of £25) payable over 25 years, initially on a fixed rate of 3.99% until 31/08/2024 and then on our Standard Variable Rate, currently 5.64%, for the remaining period would require 24 payments of £479.96 and 276 payments of £560.74.
The total amount payable would be £166,841.28 made up of the loan amount plus interest of £75,259.28 plus a valuation fee of £310, legal fees to your solicitor of £148, and exit fee of £100.
