We also require a photocopy of identification documents (this does not need to be certified). Our identification leaflet details the documents you will need to provide for all Authorised Signatories.
We require that all Authorised Signatories are named on the application form.
We will also require a copy of council minutes/resolution authorising the account and signatories.
To confirm FSCS eligibility, we will ask you to confirm your annual budget. We will reconfirm this annually by sending you a declaration to complete.
