Buckinghamshire Building Society have announced their 2023 year end results, reporting pre-tax profits of £1.3m and total assets at £381m. Dan Wass, CEO, commented “We are pleased to see another year of balanced growth, in challenging market conditions. Our aim is always to achieve growth in a way that is sustainable and preserves our ability to serve our members over the long-term.”

Our 117th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Society will be held at The Hub, Church Lane, Chalfont St Peter, SL9 9RF on Thursday 18 April 2024 at 3:00pm. If you are unable to attend in person, you can still cast your votes either online or by post or by appointing a Proxy as per instructions included with your AGM documentation. The Board of Directors will be present at the AGM to give an overview of the performance of the Society for the year ended 31 December 2023 and answer any questions you may have for them about the Society.
