Last week, the red carpet was rolled out at Aylesbury Waterside Theatre for a spectacular evening celebrating the very best of local enterprise at the Buckinghamshire Business Awards. Our team were incredibly inspired by the passionate and committed business owners from across the county.

This year’s finalists, ANT Telecommunications, Woodrow High House and Hub Care Support, all demonstrated an outstanding commitment to customer care, where customer service is deeply embedded in the foundations of their business. This year, we were delighted to present the award to Woodrow High House, a truly deserving winner.
Since 1945, Woodrow High House has empowered children and young people to embrace their adventurous spirit. From high ropes courses to archery, every experience is thoughtfully designed with their visitors in mind, with the goal of inspiring confidence, resilience, and personal growth.
Built on a foundation of inclusivity, collaboration, and accountability, the centre welcomed over 7,000 visitors last year, helping them develop life skills through outdoor learning and unforgettable experiences.
But what truly sets Woodrow apart is its people. From expert instructors and educators to the dedicated behind-the-scenes team, every member plays a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming, and memorable environment. Their unwavering commitment to excellence in customer experience is what earned them this prestigious recognition.
