We are delighted to welcome Katie White to Buckinghamshire Building Society as a Non-Executive Director from 1 May 2026.
Katie joins the Board and will also serve on the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee.
She brings extensive experience from across the financial services sector and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at C. Hoare & Co, where she oversees all operational teams across the bank.
Having joined C. Hoare & Co in 2015 as General Counsel, Katie has since moved into wider executive leadership roles. Earlier in her career, she worked as a lawyer at Allen & Overy and Farrer & Co, specialising in complex matters within financial services.
Katie’s appointment is another positive step for the Society, bringing valuable expertise in governance, operations and leadership to the Board. Her knowledge and perspective will support the Society’s continued success as it evolves to meet the needs of members, while staying true to its mutual values.
