Buckinghamshire Building Society was delighted to once again support the Buckinghamshire Business Awards, celebrating the achievements of businesses and organisations making a real difference across our local community.
Held on Wednesday 4 November, the awards brought together businesses from across the county for an evening of recognition, celebration and inspiration.
As proud sponsors of the Excellence in Customer Experience Award, we were particularly pleased to recognise organisations that share our passion for putting customers at the heart of everything they do.
Representing the Society on the evening were our Chief Executive, Dan Wass, and Conor Cribbin from our Savings team, who joined fellow attendees in celebrating the outstanding achievements of Buckinghamshire's business community.
A familiar winner with an exceptional commitment to customer care
We were delighted to see Woodrow High House crowned winner of the Excellence in Customer Experience Award for the second consecutive year, demonstrating their continued dedication to delivering outstanding experiences.
For more than 80 years, Woodrow High House has been helping children and young people build confidence, develop new skills and create lasting memories through outdoor adventure and learning.
From exciting activities to the care and attention provided by their dedicated team, Woodrow High House places the experience of every visitor at the centre of what they do.
Winning this award for two consecutive years is a fantastic achievement and a reflection of the passion, consistency and commitment shown by everyone involved.
We would also like to congratulate this year's runners-up, Ashridge Home Care and Hampton by Hilton High Wycombe, both of whom demonstrated an impressive commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
